Shawn Faust draws lovely portraits of people and horses and strikingly lovely realistic pictures of places.
Included in the latter is New Castle,
as shown in this drawing of a riverview of The Strand. In order to make a photograph to use as source material, he kayaked out into the river, discovering just how strong the current can be! The full size print is considerably more detailed than that shown above.
